Whistleblowing Statement
1. Whistleblowing Policy
RELC has in place a whistleblowing policy to facilitate the confidential reporting of illegal activities, policy breaches, misconduct, and negligent or unethical behaviour, without fear of reprisal.
2. Whistleblowing Channels
You may use the following channels to make a whistleblowing report

All reports should be made in good faith, without malice, and only where there are reasonable grounds for the complaint or allegation.
3. Provision of Information
You should provide the following information, to such extent possible, when making a report:
- Date, time, and place of the alleged actions/transactions.
- Identity and contact details of the individuals
- A detailed description of the incident or concern, including evidence that substantiates the
- Your contact details (if not anonymous) to facilitate follow-up
The ability to investigate a report will depend on the quality and adequacy of information provided in the report.
4. Protection of Whistleblowers
Every reasonable effort will be made to protect a whistleblower’s identity, subject to the laws and rules governing the matter.
RELC does not tolerate retaliation, harassment or discrimination of any kind against a whistleblower who submits a complaint or report in good faith
