Premalatha Nair is a  senior lecturer with more than 23 years of teaching experience at the International Languages Teacher Training Institute in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. She is committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment and inspiring students to achieve their academic and professional goals. With a strong background in teaching literature, curriculum studies and language assessment, she strives to enhance the educational experience through research.  She is currently the deputy director of MELTA (Malaysian English Language Teaching Association) Publication Bureau.
