Ruth Alido is the Director of the Curriculum Management and Instructional Materials Office at the Philippine Normal University.  She finished her Ph.D in Applied Linguistics at De La Salle University, M.A. in Education at the University of Kansas on a Fulbright grant, and a Diploma in TESOL from RELC.
