Dr Katherine Halley is a Researcher for the Future of English at the British Council. With expertise in English Language, Applied Linguistics, and Language Testing, she leads a Curriculum Comparison project, collaborating with international partners to examine curriculum reform, pedagogical approaches, and assessment systems across China, South Korea, and Japan.
