Attapol Khamkhien is an Assistant Professor at the Language Institute, Thammasat University, Thailand. He received his Ph.D. in English Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics from the University of Warwick, UK. His research interests and publications focus on English for Academic Purposes, English for Specific Purposes, corpus linguistics, genre analysis, and vocabulary instruction. He currently serves as Secretary of the Thailand TESOL Association.
