EXCELLENT Based on 144 reviews Posted on Khampasong DLVTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My name is Khamsong Dalavong. I had the opportunity to attend the 4-22 May 2026 (15-day ) Basic English training course arranged by RELC. It was very meaningful and useful for me in developing my English from not being able to speak, not being able to understand, not being able to pronounce correctly, and not being able to write official documents well as had done its. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to SEAMEO RELC for giving me this valuable opportunity and organisation also. If possible, in the near future, I would like to request the opportunity to be attending for upgrade to Intermedia. I sincerely hope that SEAMEO RELC will provide me the opportunity to join.Posted on Vatthana SouvongTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First of all, I would like to say thank you for the course that I happily joined . It is a great course. All the time I can use English. I can speak more. Right now my English is very fluentPosted on Da BouTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hi everyone🇰🇭🇰🇭🇰🇭! I'm Bou Da from Cambodia. I began the Specialist Certificate in the Professional Development of Teacher Leaders & Supervisors Course as a classroom practitioner, but it transformed my professional identity into an “instructional architect.” Through theory and practice, I learned that sustainable adult professional development depends on reflective and sociocultural practice, strengthened by designing training that mirrors pedagogy using Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle and Tessa Woodward’s “Loop Input.” With Knowles’s Andragogy and instructional design models like ADDIE and Gagné’s Nine Events, I gained practical tools for creating psychological safety, relevance, and effective instructional supervision through facilitation strategies (e.g., Jigsaw, Round Robin, Buzz groups), clear performance management thinking, and non-directive coaching using the GROW model. Just as importantly, collaborative learning with diverse peers brought the concepts to life—especially through critical incident discussions and role-play scenarios like “Jim Lee”—showing me how emotionally intelligent, non-directive feedback can separate performance from personal identity. Moving forward, I’m eager to apply these lessons at BTEC by shifting from retrospective performance reviews to forward-looking performance management, embedding workshop design into experiential cycles, and fostering a more collaborative, data-driven, autonomous professional culture. I also extend my heartfelt thanks to SEAMEO and RELC for the scholarship and to Dr. Alvin Pang for his guidance and encouragement throughout the course. Through joining this course I have gained the insight being a teacher leader and supervisor for professional development roles. This is a great honor to begin my journey from the course. I'm very excited about C419 course.Posted on RETI SUDARSIHTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great place to learn... The course content is useful, practical and relevant. Trainer is knowledgeable, engaging and experienced. Coursemates are helpful, friendly and supportive. Only that RELC is really inconvenient to get to but that’s something the course administrators cannot help. 😅Posted on NOU ANOUVATHTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Based on the C419 program, the programme provided the trainee more than content knowledge on comprehensive pathways, but also expertise participants more than valuable for tomorrow's growth.Posted on Tran Thi Thanh TrucTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
