RELC Examinations Bureau (RELC EB) is one of the authorised test centres for the Oxford Admissions Tests in Singapore. University of Oxford has appointed Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) from 2023 to manage the delivery of Oxford’s own admissions tests which are listed from 1 to 8 below. The other two admissions tests required by Oxford University, TSA and BMAT tests, will still be managed by Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing (CAAT) for the final time. For information on MAT or BMAT tests, please refer to the respective sections. Only authorised test centres will be able to register applicants and administer Oxford's own admissions tests on test days. These tests are: Computer-based / Hybrid Test format 1. CAT (Classics Admissions Test) 2. ELAT (English Literature Admissions Test) 3. GAT (Geography Admissions Test) - new for 2023 4. HAT (History Admissions Test) 5. MAT (Mathematics Admissions Test) *Hybrid 6. MLAT (Modern Languages Admissions Test) 7. PAT (Physics Admissions Test for Physics, Engineering and Materials Science) *Hybrid 8. Philosophy test (for Philosophy and Theology only) * Only MAT and PAT will be hybrid tests - with the questions online and using a paper answer booklet. Paper-based Test format TSA / TSA S1 (Thinking Skills Assessment / Thinking Skills Assessment: Section 1#) #For Candidates applying to study History and Economics (LV11) and Economics and Management (LN12). Applicants for History and Economics also need to take the History Admissions Test (HAT).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
♦ Universities and Colleges Admissions Service application (UCAS) is required for candidates who wish to apply to University of Oxford. ♦ Candidates will have to enter your UCAS Personal ID on the RELC Online Registration Form. You can obtain the UCAS Personal ID by creating a UCAS account first at UCAS’s website. The UCAS Personal ID is used in matching candidates to their University application.

♦ Payment must be made first via a physical AXS station.
♦ After payment, the Online Registration Form must be submitted to RELC EB by the next day. For payment made on 28 September, Online Registration Form must then be submitted to RELC on the same day. Entries will not be accepted after this period.
LAST DAY for Modified Question Paper Request (only MAT,PAT,TSA/TSA S1)
Candidate has to submit their Access Arrangement Request for Enlarge Question Paper with supporting document by this date. Only Modified Answer Booklets can be requested for hybrid tests – PAT & MAT, the online question paper will have options to increase the font size.
LAST Day for Access Arrangement Request
Candidates must submit their request for extra time, use of lap-top etc with supporting documents by this date.
LAST DAY for Withdrawal
♦ All withdrawal requests must be submitted to RELC EB by 5.00pm Singapore time, on this date.
♦ The Centre Administration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Registration will only be confirmed upon successful payment of the test to RELC EB AND upon receipt of the Online Registration Form.

Note: There will be no refund of the Center Administration fee if candidates are found to be ineligible to register for University of Oxford Admissions Tests through RELC EB or candidates have registered for the incorrect admission test.
Please note that candidates who decide to withdraw from University of Oxford Admissions Tests may submit their withdrawal request via email. Please email your Full Name, NRIC /FIN /Passport number and contact number to caat@relc.org.sg. No withdrawal is allowed after 28 September 2023, 5:00pm Singapore time. The Centre Administration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any request for withdrawal submitted would be considered final and the entry will NOT be reinstated.

University of Oxford will release admissions tests results to applicants at the end of their selection process.
