RELC Examinations Bureau (RELC EB) has been appointed by Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing to administer University of Oxford Admissions Tests for candidates currently attending or have graduated from a school/college/polytechnic in Singapore.

Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing is working with the University of Oxford to assist in the administration of its Classics Admissions Test (CAT), English Literature Admissions Test (ELAT), History Aptitude Test (HAT), Modern Languages Admissions Test (MLAT), Oriental Languages Aptitude Test (OLAT), Philosophy Test (PHIL), Physics Aptitute Test (PAT) and Thinking Skills Assessment (TSA)/Thinking Skills Assessment: Section 1 (TSA S1).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
♦ Universities and Colleges Admissions Service application (UCAS) is required for candidates who wish to apply to University of Oxford. ♦ Candidates will have to enter your UCAS Personal ID on the RELC Online Registration Form. You can obtain the UCAS Personal ID by creating a UCAS account first at UCAS’s website. The UCAS Personal ID is used in matching candidates to their University application. ♦ Candidates applying to study History and Economics (LV11) and Economics and Management (LN12) will be required to take the Thinking Skills Assessment: Section 1 (TSA S1) as part of their application. ♦ Candidates applying for History and Economics (LV11) will also need to take the History Admissions Test (HAT) as part of their application. ♦ TSA and TSA (S1) will be conducted via Paper-based in Year 2022

Start Date of Registration
♦ Payment must be made first via a physical AXS station, prior to submitting the Online Registration Form.
♦ After payment, the Online Registration Form must be submitted to RELC EB by the next day.
LAST DAY for Modified Question Paper Request
Candidate has to submit their Access Arrangement Request for Enlarge Question Paper with supporting document by this date.
One Day before Close of Registration
♦ Payment must be made first to RELC via a physical AXS station before 11.30pm Singapore time, on this date.
♦ Following payment to RELC EB, the Online Registration Form must be submitted to RELC EB no later than 12.00pm Singapore time on 30 September 2022 to complete the registration.
LAST Day for Access Arrangement Request
Candidate has to submit their Access Arrangement Request (e.g. extra time) with supporting document by this date.
LAST DAY for Withdrawal
♦ All withdrawal requests must be submitted to RELC EB by 5.00pm Singapore time, on this date.
♦ The Centre Administration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
LAST DAY of Registration
♦ Email to RELC EB before 11.00am with your Full Name, Mobile Number and Test Name on this date for payment procedure.
♦ Following payment to RELC EB, the Online Registration Form must be submitted no later than 12.00pm Singapore time, on this date to avoid invalid registration.
♦ NO Late Entry will be accepted after 12.00pm on this date.
University of Oxford Admissions Test takes place at 3.00pm for

TSA and TSA(S1) Online Result Release Date
♦ No paper results will be issued. All results will be released via Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing Results Online System.
♦ Please make sure you register at Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing website for sign-in no earlier than 5 days before the advertised results release date.
(Results are only available for candidates to download for 60 days from the date of issue. Candidates are strongly encouraged to download a copy for their university application).

♦ Please read the Guide on how to complete the Online Registration Form. ♦ If you already have an existing account with RELC, please DO NOT create another account. Kindly sign-in with the email you have registered with RELC when you first created the account. If you are unsure which email you had used in the past to create an account Or you wish to change the email, please email RELC EB at caat@relc.org.sg.
For payment made to RELC EB on 29 & 30 September 2022 the University of Oxford Admissions Test Online Registration Form must be submitted to RELC EB by 30 September 2022, 12.00pm Singapore time.
Registration will only be confirmed upon successful payment of the test to RELC EB AND upon receipt of relevant documents by RELC EB.

Note: There will be no refund of the Center Administration fees if candidates are found to be ineligible to register for the University of Oxford Admissions Tests through RELC EB.
Please note that candidates who decide to withdraw from University of Oxford Admissions Tests may submit their withdrawal request via email.

Any request for withdrawal submitted would be considered final and the entry will NOT be reinstated.

Imperial College London: MAT applicants can request feedback as part of the usual feedback process.
University of Warwick: MAT applicants can request feedback as part of the usual feedback process.
If candidates think that something might have affected their performance during their test, such as temporary illness, injury or problems with the administration of the test, candidates are able to apply for special consideration.
