This year, Cambridge Pre-Registration assessments is held on the same day as the GCE A-level Chemistry practical exam. Candidates who are taking the Chemistry practical exam are advised to register early and you must inform your schools if you are taking Cambridge Pre-Registration assessment by 1st week of September 2023. Your school could then schedule you on an earlier slot for your Chemistry Practical exam.

RELC Examinations Bureau (RELC EB) has been appointed by Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing to administer University of Cambridge Pre-Registration Assessments for candidates currently attending or have graduated from a school/college/polytechnic in Singapore.

♦ Universities and Colleges Admissions Service application (UCAS) is required for candidates who wish to apply to University of Cambridge.

♦ Candidates will have to enter your UCAS Personal ID on the RELC Online Registration Form. You can obtain the UCAS Personal ID by creating a UCAS account first  at UCAS’s website. The UCAS Personal ID is used in matching candidates to their University application.

♦ Candidates applying for Economics [L100] are now required to take Test of Mathematics for University Admissions (TMUA) as part of your application.

Registration Period

♦ Payment must be made first via a physical AXS station.

♦ After payment, the Online Registration Form must be submitted to RELC EB by the next day. For payment made on 28 September, Online Registration Form must then be submitted to RELC on the same day.

Entries will not be accepted after this period.

Note: Candidates who are taking the Chemistry practical exam are advised to inform your schools that you are taking University of Cambridge Pre-Registration Assessment and to register early.

LAST DAY for Modified Question Paper Request

Candidate has to submit their Access Arrangement Request for Enlarge Question Paper with supporting document by this date.

28 September 2023

LAST DAY for Access Arrangement Request

Candidates must submit their request for extra time, use of lap-top etc with supporting documents by this date.

LAST DAY for Withdrawal

♦ All withdrawal request must be submitted to RELC EB by 5:00pm Singapore time, on this date.

♦ The Centre Administration fee is non-refundable and  non-transferable.

NSAAA and ENGAA Online Result Release Date

♦ All results will be released via Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing Results Online system. Candidates can download a PDF copy of Statement of Results. Results will be passed to the Cambridge college where the candidate has applied.

♦ Do register at Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing website for sign-in no earlier than 5 days before the advertised results release date

(Results are only available for candidates to download for 60 days from the date of issue. Candidates are strongly encouraged to download a copy for their university application.)

*Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing and RELC Examinations Bureau reserve the rights at any time to change the above dates and time without prior notice.

  • Permitted Writing Instruments / Items

    • Only soft pencil (e.g.: 2B) is allowed for Sections 1 and 2 for ENGAA only (Mechanical pencil is discouraged. Do bring along an eraser.)
    • Only black-ink pen is allowed for Section 2 (except for ENGAA)
