RELC Examinations Bureau was set up under the direction of MOE Singapore in 1989 for the purpose of administering professional public external examinations in Singapore. We administer various university examinations from prestigious institutions such as the University of London and University of Cambridge. Our clientele for professional bodies past and present includes ACCA, CFA, ISCA, Pearson, amongst others.
We support life-long learning and will continue to seek collaboration with examination and awarding bodies worldwide in order to meet the increasing demand of continuing education.

LIMITED OPERATION OF RELC EB SERVICE COUNTER
With the easing of the Circuit Breaker measures, our RELC EB Service Counter will operate on a limited basis from 2 June 2020 till further notice. Please note that prior appointment is required if you need to visit our service counter as no walk-ins will be allowed. You may make an appointment in advance via email at exams@relc.org.sg and we will send a confirmation of the appointment date and time accordingly.

Biomedical Admissions Tests (BMAT)
The BioMedical Admissions Test (BMAT) is a subject-specific admissions test taken by applicants to study Medicine, Biomedical Sciences and Dentistry Courses at universities such as Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU Singapore, Imperial College London, University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Keele University, Lancaster University, Mahidol University (Thailand), **Thammasat University (Thailand), Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), University College London, University of Leeds, and University of Navarra.

University of Cambridge Pre-Interview Assessments

University of Oxford Admissions Test
We are in partnership with the University of Oxford to administer the Classics Admissions Test (CAT), English Literature Admissions Test (ELAT), History Aptitude Test (HAT), Mathematics Admissions Test (MAT), Modern Languages Admissions Test (MLAT), Oriental Languages Aptitude Test (OLAT), Philosophy Test (PHIL) and Thinking Skills Assessment (TSA).
Mathematics Admissions Tests (MAT)
The MAT is required for application to Imperial College London for all BSc and MSci Mathematics courses and for University of Oxford’s undergraduate degree courses in Mathematics, Computer Science and their joint degrees.
Test of Mathematics as University Admission (TMUA)
TMUA has been designed to give students the opportunity to demonstrate that they have the essential mathematical thinking and reasoning skills needed for a demanding undergraduate Mathematics or Mathematics-related courses.
Sixth Term Exam Paper in Mathematics (STEP)
STEP in Mathematics is a well-established Mathematics examination designed to test candidates on questions that are similar in style to Undergraduate Mathematics. STEP is used by the University of Cambridge and the University of Warwick. Other universities sometimes ask candidates to take STEP as part of their offer – in such cases, the university can advise on which papers to take.

Note: ♦ Please take note that there will be no walk-ins registration. ♦ Test Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable from one test to another or when a student withdraws or is absent from the test. ♦ Applications for the respective test dates will be accepted up to the registration deadline or when we reached the maximum capacity. ♦ Please note that the speaking test may not be scheduled on the same date as the Reading, Writing & Listening test. 2. Mode of Test Fee Payment: PayNow / Bank Transfer Payment 3. Please note that once you submit the registration form, we will email you the payment details one day before the start of the payment period. IMPORTANT: ♦ Application will be considered void if payment is not received by the payment period OR when the maximum capacity have been reached for the specific test date. ♦ Strictly NO change of test date or replacement of candidate allowed after submission of application. ♦ RELC Examinations Bureau reserves the right to arrange candidates to sit their examinations together with other candidates in a combined seating arrangement in accordance with the examinations’ rules, regulations, terms and conditions. 4. Email Notification of Test Candidates will receive confirmation email of test entry details within five (5) working days prior to the test. 5. Test Results a. The test results will be released online approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the test dates. b. Please note that it would not be possible for Cambridge to release the results earlier then the official released date. c. Candidates are advice to register at the online Candidate Portal (https://candidates.cambridgeenglish.org/Members/Login.aspx) for the Results Service for Candidates using their ID Number and Secret Number indicated on their Confirmation of Entry to receive an email notification when their results are released. d. The Statement of Results, once available can be viewed and downloaded from the Candidate Portal. 6. Cambridge Certificates We will email the Cambridge Certificate collection period once we receive the certificates from Cambridge approximately 3 months after the test date. 7. We administer exams for professional certifications and qualifications. Some of our exams include the PTE Academic Language Proficiency Tests and Entrance Proficiency Tests (EPT), the Occupational English Test (OET) and the Aviation English Competency Test (AECT).
Our language proficiency assessments help provide a strong foundation in language skills for higher learning, workforce entry, career progression and personal development.
1. Pearson Test of English Academic
PTE Academic is an English language test designed to assess the readiness of non-native English speakers to participate in a university-level English language instruction program and work in an English-speaking environment. Pearson created PTE Academic in response to demand from institutions, government and other organizations for a more accurate way of testing non - native English language students who enter the English-speaking academia and working world. It is a computer-based exam which focuses on real-life English used in academic and workforce surroundings.
2. Occupational English Test
OET is an international English language test that assesses the language communication skills of healthcare professionals who seek to register and practise in an English-speaking environment. It provides a valid and reliable assessment of all four language skills – listening, reading, writing and speaking – with an emphasis on communication in healthcare professional settings.
3. Mother Tongue Language Entrance Proficiency Test (MTL EPT)
All candidates who are interested to apply for teaching positions with the Ministry of Education are to register for the Mother Tongue Language (MTL) Entrance Proficiency Test (EPT) via the Ministry. The Ministry will assist you with registration if you are found suitable and shortlisted for employment after the interview.
4. English Language Entrance Proficiency Test (EL EPT)
All candidates who are interested to apply for teaching positions with the Ministry of Education are to register for the English Language (EL) Entrance Proficiency Test (EPT) via the Ministry. The Ministry will assist you with the EPT registration if you are found suitable and you have been shortlisted for employment after the interview with the Ministry.
5. Cambridge Assessment English

6. Aviation English Competency Test (AECT)
CAAS partnered SEAMEO RELC to tap into its experience and expertise in linguistics and language education for the conduct of AECT. AECT is designed to assess the English proficiency level of pilots and air traffic controllers in accordance with the ICAO holistic descriptors and language proficiency rating scale.
