VIETNAM

P R E D I C T I O N...

Recently, Vietnamese music industry and arts have obviously improved, well enough to catch up with those of
the world I might add to. However, I think Vietnamese music should get up to a level that can be introduced to the world. I mean both traditional and modern musics. Cultural and traditional values always count in music, but unfortunately, these haven't been paid enough attention. Recording and media equipments would also be improved, so that the sound effects can make the music more enjoyable to listen to. About art, creativity counts. In the next 10 years, if the students' artistic talents can be trained and developed in the right way, then the birth of wonderful masterpieces is promising. However, we'll have to seek something new and impressive. If so many artists keep going into the walked-over path, the art would be just like a factory producing mass pantings, sculptures, designs and so on. I think there will be more International Competitions in art and music to promote artistic talents and encourage the enthusiasm of those artists.
